1. Acceptance
By using StoryNest™, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. If you're under 18, you need a parent's consent.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant StoryNest™ a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and (with your opt-in) narrate, translate or adapt.
3. Prohibited content
No CSAM, no hate speech, no incitement of violence, no doxxing, no plagiarism, no unlawful content. See Community Guidelines.
4. Monetisation
Eligible creators may earn via subscriptions, tips, coin unlocks and live-session tickets. Payouts require KYC and follow local tax law.
5. Safety and moderation
We use AI-assisted moderation plus human review. Repeated violations may lead to demonetisation, removal or account termination.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved in Bengaluru courts.
